Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State. The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₦295,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
