Scullery hand — City and Borough of Leeds

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in City and Borough of Leeds, England. Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 3+ years on the tools preferred.
