Delivery truck driver • Republic County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Republic County, Kansas. The job is in a refrigerated transport fleet. What we are looking for: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Current Driver CPC qualification card The role involves: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
