Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
