Now hiring: refrigeration service engineer (Florida)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Volusia County, Florida. You will work on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. You should have: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds You will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; service split AC units and VRF systems.
