Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Menard County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
