Rebar worker — Leavenworth County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar worker in Leavenworth County, Kansas. You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Day to day you will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust.
