Gas appliance installer — Chase County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Chase County, Kansas. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. On a typical shift you will fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
