Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Portage County, Ohio. The job is at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking.
