You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine On a typical shift you will glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router.
