Moulder wanted in Jefferson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a moulder in Jefferson County, Tennessee. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards The role involves tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
