Immediate opening: powder coating sprayer (Iowa)

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Ida County, Iowa. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
