Bread and bun maker wanted in Lauderdale County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. You will work in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
