Truck driver wanted in Montcalm County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a truck driver in Montcalm County, Michigan. The job is at a container freight yard. You should have: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Valid digital tachograph card • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Your main tasks: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
