We are recruiting: collision repair technician (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Rockbridge County, Virginia. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. Your main tasks: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
