Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Idemili South, Anambra State. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 4+ years on the tools preferred.
