CO2 welder wanted in Chesterfield County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. On a typical shift you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
