Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Buckinghamshire, England. On a typical shift you will rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits Rotating shifts.
