Ductable AC technician — Alleghany County

Join our team: we are hiring a ductable AC technician in Alleghany County, Virginia. You will work in shopping malls and office buildings. The role involves: • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge Requirements: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage Full-time, day shift.
