Reinforcement fitter wanted in Val Verde County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Val Verde County, Texas. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine. You should have: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
