We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time, day shift.
