Catering cook wanted in Florence County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Florence County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
