Great opportunity: coating plant operator (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Sevier County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
