Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Laurens County, South Carolina. The job is at a banquet hall. The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
