System scaffolder • Madera County, California

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Madera County, California. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. You should have: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Day-to-day duties: • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips Overtime paid at a premium rate.
