Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Nicholas County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
