Acoustic insulation fitter • Essex, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Essex, England. The job is at an industrial plant. Day to day you will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Performance bonus on top of base pay.
