Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Clermont County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
