We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Douglas County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work 5+ years on the tools preferred.
