Join our team: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness You will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists.
