Join our team: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Montezuma County, Colorado. The role involves: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
