Now hiring: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Pender County, North Carolina. The job is at a private estate garden. Requirements: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Your main tasks: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
