Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Madison County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
