Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Ona Ara, Oyo State. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. You will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
