Now hiring: we are hiring a joiner in Talbot County, Maryland. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. The role involves install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together. You should have: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Own basic hand tools • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
