Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial painter in Crittenden County, Kentucky. The job is on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec 2+ years on the tools preferred.
