Tyre bay technician • Whitley County, Indiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tyre bay technician in Whitley County, Indiana. The job is in a fast-fit workshop. Day to day you will check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly. You should have: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
