Immediate opening: we are hiring a dispatch assistant in Rutland County, Vermont. The job is at a builders' merchant yard. Ideal candidate: • Good numeracy for stock counts and order checking • Able to stand and walk for long shifts on your feet • Previous warehouse or stores experience The role involves report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor; pack items into cartons and seal them with tape; check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders; weigh and measure parcels for courier collection; carry out cycle counts and full stock takes. We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
