Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Bristol County, Massachusetts. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
