Maintenance painter • Cattaraugus County, New York

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Cattaraugus County, New York. You will be based on commercial fit-out projects. You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames Full-time, day shift.
