Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
