Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Grant County, South Dakota. The job is on a residential housebuilding project. On a typical shift you will read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Own basic hand tools We offer $21 per hour plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off.
