Fine-dining server wanted in Essex County

Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Essex County, New Jersey. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day-to-day duties: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Six days a week, one day off. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
