Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment presser in Howard County, Arkansas. You will be based in a busy laundry. You should have: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment On a typical shift you will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
