Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Kearney County, Nebraska. You will work on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
