Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Laclede County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Laclede County, Missouri. The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
