Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Peach County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. The role involves: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches Part-time with flexible hours.
