Glass fitter • Albany County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glass fitter in Albany County, New York. You will be based at a busy glazing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools 4+ years on the tools preferred.
