On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends.
