Shuttering carpenter • Ilorin South, Kwara State

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Ilorin South, Kwara State. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Day to day you will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
